Tex. Health & Safety Code Section 432.007
Issuance of License


(a)

The department shall issue a license to an applicant who complies with Section 432.006 (License Application) and who meets the minimum qualifications established by department rule.

(b)

A license issued under this chapter expires two years after the date of issuance.

(c)

A separate license is required for each salvage establishment.

(d)

A license may not be transferred from one person to another or from one location to another.

(e)

A salvage operator or salvage broker shall display the license in accordance with department rules.
