License or Registration Required

A person may not engage in a business, occupation, or profession described by Section 26.0301 (Wastewater Operations Company Registration and Operator Licensing), 26.3573 (Petroleum Storage Tank Remediation Account), 26.452 (Underground Storage Tank Contractor), or 26.456 (Underground Storage Tank On-site Supervisor Licensing) of this code, Section 341.033 (Protection of Public Water Supplies), 341.034 (Licensing and Registration of Persons Who Perform Duties Relating to Public Water Supplies), 361.027 (Licensure of Solid Waste Facility Supervisors), 366.014 (Designated Person), or 366.071 (Occupational Licensing and Registration), Health and Safety Code, or Section 1903.251 (License Required), Occupations Code, unless the person holds the appropriate license or registration issued by the commission.
